Permanent ship SKIN licences replace the legacy paint program, opening a market-tradable cosmetic layer; cruiser-tier Burner missions and a T3 destroyer rebalance ship alongside.
Mosaic - Permanent SKINs
Mosaic introduced the SKIN system that EVE still uses today. SKINs are permanent character-bound licences for a hull's appearance, purchasable with Aurum or ISK on the open market. The earlier paint-pilot program was retired and rolled into the new system.
Mosaic also added cruiser-tier Burner missions, a T3 destroyer rebalance pass (the Confessor and Svipul were live, with Jackdaw and Hecate still pending), nullsec/lowsec ore re-balance, and a corp role management UI refresh.
The SKIN system is now a meaningful part of the in-game economy and a cosmetics-as-loot drop in some PvE content. If your last memory is the old paint program, the entire customisation layer has been replaced and is now market-tradable.
