PAPI leadership called the formal withdrawal on 2 August 2021 after a year-long siege failed to take Delve. The Imperium retained its core regions; the post-M2-XFE narrative collapse runs through to the retreat order.

World War Bee 2 Ends - PAPI Withdraws

After M2-XFE drained PAPI's supercapital reserves in late December 2020, the PAPI coalition (TEST Alliance, PandaFAM, Legacy, and others) failed to convert the year-long siege of Delve into a decisive territorial gain. The campaign continued at lower intensity through the first half of 2021 before PAPI leadership formally called the withdrawal on 2 August 2021 - 13 months after the war began on 4 July 2020.

The Imperium retained Delve, Querious, and Period Basis. PAPI member alliances scattered, with some merging or rebranding over the next year.

The largest war in EVE history at the time ended in a defensive victory for the Imperium. Sov maps for the south remained largely as they were before WWB2.
